Include your device type and any error message. Hide personal information in screenshots. Never send passwords or verification codes.

Prices, discounts & bookings

Check the resort’s official booking page for current prices, availability, eligible travel dates, and discount terms. For an existing reservation, contact the booking provider directly.

Your saved resorts

Resorts saved in the mobile app are stored on that device. They are not synced between devices or to your website account. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app may remove them.

For help accessing or deleting your account, email us using the instructions above. Do not include your password. We may need to verify account ownership before making changes.
